Edward Vilinsky is the founding and lead attorney of the firm. Mr. Vilinsky dedicates his practice of law primarily to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, including wrongful death, automobile accidents, premises accidents, trip and fall cases, snow and ice injuries, labor law/work injuries, complex product liability injuries, municipal liability, assault and battery actions, negligent supervision, school injury cases, maritime liability, as well as other areas of law on behalf of injured victims.

With more than 23 years of experience devoted to personal injury litigation he is adept in conducting in depth investigation of each case to expose the defendants’ concealed liability, deciphering medical records, and maintaining a close relationship with his clients to properly evaluate each case. He is skilled in every aspect of the litigation process from drafting pleadings to trial. Mr. Vilinsky has won verdicts and settlements for his clients totaling in excess of $50,000,000. He has successfully litigated against some of the largest and well recognized corporations, and will take every ethical measure to win the best possible recovery for his clients.

Prior to opening his own law practice, Mr. Vilinsky was associated with one of the nation’s largest law firms representing insurance companies and defendants in personal injury matters.

He has been a member of The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association, Brooklyn Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, and the New York County Lawyers’ Association.

Mr. Vilinsky was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1990. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1989.
